Mindfulness Body Scan.  I love the body scan. It didn’t always work this way but the very first time I tried it, I lay down feeling dizzy and light headed and I got up feeling so much better!

Simple pleasures: when my CFS was bad one of the highlights of my day was sitting in my garden, drinking my hot milk (no tanine for me!) and watching the birds. Click here to see a long list of suggestions, many of which are possible with a chronic illness.
Because my energy had dropped so much, I lost all my hobbies.  So a simple task of cultivating ‘kefir’ seemed a good idea, and gave me satisfaction and a little purpose.  Click here for Michael Moseley talking about why kefir is good for you!
