We made this version of Bolognese sauce with ground pork and served it over spaghetti but you can use your favorite pasta too.

Ingredients
Meat
• 1 lb Ground beef
• 1 lb Ground pork
Produce
• 3 Carrots, finely chopped (1 cup)
• 6 cloves Garlic
• 2 Onions, finely chopped (3 cups)
• 1 can Tomatoes in puree
Canned Goods
• 1/4 cup Tomato paste
Pasta & Grains
• 12 oz Spaghetti
Baking & Spices
• 1 Salt and ground pepper, Coarse
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
Dairy
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 Parmesan cheese
Beer, Wine & Liquor
• 1 cup White wine, dry
