Lots of explanatory text. Its placement at the intersection of the two sides is ideal for being noticed by passers by. Are busy pedestrians likely to read it though? Probably not. Any textual information needs to be concise as possible to keep peoples attention and to avoid looking too daunting to read in the first place.
