This is the simplest Korean dish ever. Just be sure to stir fry the steak at a high heat. That way you get the glorious caramelization. So very good.
Ingredients
Meat
• 1 lb Flank steak
Produce
• 1 Bell pepper, red and orange thin
• 2 Carrots, large
• 1 small bunch Cilantro, fresh
• 1 clove Garlic
• 1 tbsp Ginger, fresh
• 2 Green onions
• 8 oz Mushrooms
Condiments
• 1/4 cup Brown sugar or honey
• 3/4 cup Soy sauce
Pasta & Grains
• 1 (8 ounce) box Brown rice noodles
Baking & Spices
• 2 tbsp Gochujang
• 1/4 cup Sesame seeds
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 1/2 tbsp Rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp Sesame oil, toasted
• 2 tbsp Sesame seed oil
