Laura Grosso was born in Bari in 1955, she moved to Rome in 1966. She trained in Rome, graduating from the Art School and the Academy of Fine Arts in Via di Ripetta with Alberto Ziveri. She alternates studio painting with en plein air practice in Italy, the United States, Germany, China, Israel and France. In her studio she teaches to her pupils.
