Zone 5 cardio for LIFESPAN
Long HIIT workouts can cause exhaustion and hinder recovery, especially if you’re over 40. Shorter Zone 5 workouts increase lifespan when kept to just 10-15 minutes. Just twice a week is enough. This is in addition to your regular Zone 2 cardio which is the fat burning stage.
