• 1 All-purpose flour

• 2 Black pepper, Fresh Cracked

• 2 Kosher salt

• 2 tbsp Olive oil

• 6 tbsp Butter, Unsalted

• 1 1/2 cups Heavy cream

• 4 oz Irish whiskey
