20 Minute EMOM plus workout finisher
Workout Instructions: Complete the exercises for the prescribed number of reps under a minute. If you complete the exercise or movement under that minute, you will rest for the remaining time. ❗Pay attention to this emom format because it's different from the ones I've posted on the past. As you can see, every minute or set of rounds the numbers of reps gradually increases. So the workout starts a normal pace and things get more intense as you approach the end of the workout.
