Strawberry picking
#FridayFavourites Strawberry season in Germany 🍓 To be fair, most of the fruits are tastier in South Africa than here, but German strawberries are more delicious! And even better being fresh, sun-kissed, and straight off the plant. Having not done this much, it was great fun spending time in the field picking the juiciest and reddest strawberries.
stuttgart vineyard walks
One of the things I love about living in Stuttgart are the green oases dotted around the city. Without going very far at all, you're surrounded by vineyards like these. Quick and quiet escapes within the city, from the city. In many ways, Stuttgart is one of those multicultural metropolitan cities that can feel like a town.
dog walks in the forest
#ThankfulThursday The kindness of strangers 🐶 We encountered this adorable little guy on one of our walks and he instantly brightened our day. We played fetch with him before going down a different trail. Dogs truly are angels on Earth! He was such a sweetheart and I appreciated the play time we had with him.
