• 1 lbs Chicken thighs, boneless

• 4 cloves Garlic, rough
• 1 Garnish- chopped italian parsley and pomegranate seeds
• 3 cups Yellow onion
Canned Goods
• 2 cups Chicken stock or broth
Condiments
• 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
• 1/4 cup Pomegranate molasses or syrup
Baking & Spices
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 Cinnamon stick
• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 generous pinch Salt and pepper
• 1 tsp Turmeric
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tbsp Olive oil plus
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 2 cups Walnuts
Other
• serve with saffron infused rice or Tah Dig ( Persian Rice)
