The Dirty Dozen & The Clean Fifteen

Here's the 2024 Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen list by the Environmental Working Group (EWG.org). The "Dirty Dozen" is a list of foods that are heavily sprayed with pesticides. Therefore, it's best buy these foods labeled as organic. The "Clean Fifteen" have less chemical exposure, so non-organic but locally sourced, is known to have less expsosure to harmful chemicals.
