Make Your Own Free Veggie Stock

How to make your own veggie stock for free: • Keep a bag in the freezer • Whenever you are cooking, put what you would normally throw out into the bag (potato skins, carrot peels, onion skins, etc) • When the bag is full, dump it in the instantpot • Fill to max fill line with filtered water • Pressure cook on high pressure for 40 minutes • Let the pressure release naturally • Discard veggies • Pour through cloth bag into mason jars • Secure lids • Keep in the fridge
