• 1 Shallot, thinly sliced or minced (about 1/4 cup)
Canned Goods
• 1/2 tbsp Chili
• 1 Chili, crisp
• 2 tsp Red curry paste
Condiments
• 1/4 cup Fish sauce
• 1/4 cup Lime juice
Pasta & Grains
• 2 cups Jasmine rice, cooked
