Our bodies are designed to take care of ourselves during muscle building repair, illness, reproduction, & athletic capabilities. When the mind body connection is lost, pain and performance are affected. Developing a consistent yoga practice can improve strength, flexibility, and the mind body connection. Focus on what we can control. In yoga practice this is the use of our breath, body movement, thoughts, & intentions which help a healthy mind body connection for health & longevity.
