Tempeh Satay Skewers | My Green Passion

Tempeh satay skewers are perfect for a barbecue, party or as a side dish. And even better: it will only take 15/20 minutes to make. The satay sauce is a 4-ingredient recipe, and for the tempeh marinade you only need soy sauce and a few seasonings. You could either grill the skewers, cook them in a frying pan, or in the oven. Today I just used a frying pan. I also chose to make small skewers to make it more of a party snack, but you can also make them with regular sized skewers of course.
