So we were delighted to see this toolkit launched last week. It’s a deep exploration of the benefits and challenges, but ultimately an excellent resource to allow more people to enjoy the timeless health and wellbeing benefits of spending time in nature. The link goes through to the NASP webpage with full information and a lovely short film. 🌿 People, Films, Helping People, Holistic Approach, Physical Activities, Wellbeing, Health And Wellbeing, Resources

‘We can maximize the benefits of the good things around us by consciously savouring them rather than taking them for granted. As you walk, try to notice as many positive things around you as you can. These can be sights, sounds, smells, or other sensations. Pause for a moment as you hear or see each thing and make sure it registers with your conscious awareness, really take it in.’ Water, Enjoyment, Savor, Grounds, Park, River
