The showpiece to any Christmas meal, our Christmas wreath is stunningly unique and will serve up to 15. It contains a smooth honey mousse and handmade fig compote, on top of custom made sablé biscuit. It's sprayed with a white chocolate finish (in green) and is then finished with whipped cream and beautiful chocolate decorations.
Our favourite flavours all wrapped up into a festive stripe! Caramel milk chocolate mousse, a banana puree and a salted caramel ganache. Finished with a mirror milk chocolate glaze, ganache montée and toffee cubes.
Looking ready to hang on your tree, our Black Forest Baubles are a rich Amarena cherry soaked chocolate sponge, chocolate mousse and Amarena cherry compote. They're finished with a red mirror glaze and a chocolate hook and also contain a touch of cherry brandy.
