Don’t forget to lower the desk regularly and aim for around 20 minutes sitting eight minutes standing and two minutes away from the desk. 20 ~ 8 ~ 2 “the Best posture is the Next posture” i.e. avoid getting stuck in the same position, stay supple, relaxed, aware of any tension creeping in.
